"To laugh often and much, to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children, to earn the appreciation of honest critics and endure the betrayal of false friends, to appreciate beauty, to find the best in others, to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch...to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded!"

-Ralph Waldo Emerson

How I Can Help

I work with clients who are struggling with a variety of personal and work issues like stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I also help clients who have parenting questions, communication problems, are dealing with infidelity or divorce and those who are grieving or dealing with a medical condition.  I try to understand my clients' current challenges and examine their patterns of behavior and thinking that led them to their current situation. Together we look at family patterns and environmental factors to determine the best next steps to help you feel better.
