My Approach

I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBCT), Strength-Based and Positive Psychology to help uncover a better future for my clients. This unique approach allows me to be thoughtful, open, honest, and approachable with my clients so we can create deeper breakthroughs and self-awareness in your day-to-day life. Using practical and tactical advice, my clients start seeing changes in their beliefs and attitudes towards life. Together, we will build on your strengths and focus on happiness to make you more resilient to stress and problems that come your way.
