Individual Therapy
I help clients who are struggling with a variety of personal and work issues. My approach to counseling involves understanding the client's current challenges, then helping them examine what patterns of behavior or thinking led them to their current situation. I help them look at family patterns and key environmental factors while also trying to resolve the problem as expeditiously as possible. I usually see clients weekly and then, as they progress, sessions may be bimonthly or once a month.
